Artist's Description
A view from the road was as close as I could get to this farm so I framed it with the foliage that was right in front of me. There is only one original print in existence since I lost the negative years ago.
About Kathryn Donatelli
Kathryn Donatelli was the first in a very artistic family of 12 children and has been drawing and painting since she was 12 years old, producing several hundred drawings and paintings in her life so far. She received a scholarship to pursue a 3 year program in industrial art from the DuCret School of Art. In her early career she quickly worked her way up to creative director for retail publications. Kathryn's aptitude for color and design kept her gainfully employed in the publishing business but she never lost sight of her desire to be a fine artist. In 1986 Kathryn relocated to Los Angeles from New Jersey. In just a few short years after moving to the west coast Kathryn left the publishing business and set up her own fine art company....

splendid image of a very powerful vision. you captured the barn builders hard, hard work. the barn must have been used very completely for many long years. telling that the original negative is lost and gone forever makes this image all the more important. thank you for sharing this wonderful image with all the world. we all need to look back at the past and learn from the ones who have already struggled and won in this amazing world of ours. keep up all you do for creative people all over this world. you have touched me today so deeply with image.v.
